PITTSBURGH — Governor Tom Corbett, joined by company executives including CEO Jim Spencer, today toured Pittsburgh-based EverPower Wind Holdings, Inc. and discussed how Pennsylvania's diverse energy portfolio is attracting innovation across all sectors and continuing to add jobs to the state's growing economy.
EverPower Acquires ALTA VI, a 150 MW Wind Project from Terra-Gen Operating CO, LLC.

NEW YORK— EverPower Wind Holdings Inc., a portfolio company of Terra Firma, a leading private equity firm, has signed an agreement to acquire the Alta VI wind farm, a 150MW project near Tehachapi (California) from Terra-Gen Power, an affiliate of ArcLight Capital Partners and Global Infrastructure Partners. Completion of the transaction is conditional upon customary approvals.
EverPower Acquires 17.5MW Project in Northumberland County

PENNSYLVANIA — EverPower Wind Holdings, Inc., a subsidiary of Terra Firma, a leading private equity firm, today announced it has acquired the development rights to the 17.5 MW Mahanoy Mountain Wind Farm, a late stage project being developed by Penn Wind LLC. The wind farm is located in East Cameron Township, Northumberland County, PA.
