| EverPower has entered into agreements with Hancock Forest Management and Weyerhaeuser Company to explore for and develop wind energy resources in the Fanno Ridge Area. The Grand Ronde Wind Park will be located southwest of the town of Grand Ronde, Oregon in a remote and unpopulated section of Polk and Lincoln Counties that is characterized primarily by commercial forestry use.
