About The Company

EverPower, headquartered in New York City, is a developer of utility grade wind projects with offices in Pittsburgh, PA, Portland, Oregon and Bellefontaine, OH. The Company seeks to identify or acquire development opportunities from early stage to operating projects nationwide. The Company was established in 2002 and the principals of EverPower have a proven track record in permitting and developing large scale energy projects. This experience has served as the foundation for EverPower’s activities in wind energy and the Company has quickly amassed a large portfolio of wind projects. EverPower is currently developing projects in seven states. Many of its partners in those projects are landowners with whom the Company is pursuing multiple development opportunities. EverPower believes that this strategy allows it to achieve a diverse and significant development portfolio economically and efficiently. We are owned by Terra Firma, one of the leading private equity firms. Terra Firma also owns Infinis, Novera Energy plc, leading renewable energy generators in the UK. Terra Firma’s investors represent a diverse group of geographical regions with the largest group being US-based investors.
